Registration for 2010/2011 Short Course Season FALL & WINTER SESSION

Now Open to All Swimmers

• To guarantee placement in a training group, a completed and paid registration form for current swimmers must be to the club no later than Tuesday, September 7th.
• Mail completed registration form and payment to Sylvania Tsunami Swim Club, P.O. Box 268, Sylvania, OH 43560, drop into the lockbox at NV Pool.
• No registrations will be processed without payment (see registration packet for $).
• Please see Training Groups Information under the "How to Join" tab for details on the available training groups and fee schedules.
• Note that space is limited in each training group, so early registration is imperative for interested current swimmers.
• Our coaches have a training group recommendation for swimmers who swam with Tsunami during past seasons.
• If you have any questions regarding the appropriate training group for your swimmer, please contact Coach Chris Black directly regarding your training group.
• Swimmers who are interested in Group A training must contact Coach Chris Black before registering.

• New Swimmers need to attend an evaluation with a member of our coaching staff for training group placement. These will be held at NV Pool on September 8th & 9th at 5:30pm.
• Please come fully prepared for an in-water evaluation with one of our coaches, with goggles and appropriate swimsuit.
• Each swimmer’s training group will be determined during the individual tryout.
• Registration forms are available online and will be also be available that evening.
